Writer's Block

We all suffer from the dreaded writer’s block from time to time. For me, the block usually comes during the editing process. I’m currently editing Sins of the Father and as usual, I rip it to pieces, add far too much and have to start the whole process all over again!

When do you call it a day? This is the third edit and the characters, as usual, are taking me in a different direction.

I’m sure it will come to me eventually. Perhaps I should say this is the last edit and then bite the bullet and send it to an editing service. Scary thought ๐Ÿ™‚

Any thoughts?
Thanks
Mel

Hi sweetheart. The Site is all good..About the writers’ block? Just do what comes naturally because you are a hell of a writer and I trust you implicitly.
One line of advice though(albeit rather tongue-in-cheek from the mouth of Mr Richard Bachman himself,nonetheless)..”Why desrcribe in one sentence something I could describe in a dozen?”
Don’t try too hard and don’t be afraid to take a break.
    Luv ya.

I’d love to hear from you.
