Not the best title in the world, but I’m running on caffeine and nervous energy!

I went to see Deadpool & Wolverine on Friday, and I absolutely loved it. I’ve been waiting a year, though it feels longer since I watched the teaser trailer to announce the movie. It was better than I’d hoped, but then Ryan has refined the character since Deadpool first hit our screens so, like the suit, it’s probably as comfortable as donning a second skin! It was crazy chaos, and the cameos were the best kind of surprise. The downside is that I watched it while writing the second installment of my Worlds Apart series so now Marvel’s Multiverse is messing with my mojo!

I don’t have a title yet, but the novel is progressing. Not as quickly as I liked, but then, like I said, my creative process was interrupted so I’m taking a few days and hopefully I’ll get my groove back! I’m enjoying spending time with Audrey and the gang. Speaking of Audreys my nan is 92 today, and she’s one of my role models so you can bet her namesake has some of her unique characteristics!

Now, perhaps the title will make more sense! I enjoy crafting in all its forms, and do this in my downtime, for relaxation, inspiration, or to connect; there are so many benefits. One thing I enjoy is painting pottery, mainly with my daughter and the creative evenings include coffee and a cake (what more could you want?) I have several pairs of Converse, and it isn’t difficult to figure out that yellow is my favourite colour. I’m really pleased with how this turned out. It’s a money box, but I rarely carry cash anymore so it will probably remain empty!

I’ve just posted Labno & Carter episode 8. There are two more in the season and although I have enjoyed the process and like that there’s a different format to my stories, I’ll probably hire a voice actor for season 2. I should really keep a few outtakes to share because after I’ve recorded an episode about nine times my language gets quite colourful when I make a mistake!

I’m going to try to post a weekly update and visit my friends to get their latest news because I haven’t been as present on the blog as I would like in the last few years.

That’s all for now.
