Featured Fiction #3The weekly challenge over at featured fiction ends this Saturday. So if you have an exciting story to share, or a poem to dazzle us with, don’t forget to linkย up before then.

Callum McLaughlin entered Scorned, which had me on the edge of my seat. It’s definitely worth a read.

Here’s a link to the page – Featured Fiction #3

Looking forward to reading your entries.

Until next time.

Wait, do I leave a link here? If so, here’s a link to a story I wrote a while back?

(I’m sorry if I’m doing this wrong xD)

You’re not doing anything wrong. The writing prompt is actually on my other blog (Featured Fiction), and I just make reference to it (gentle reminders) when the time comes on this blog. I should have provided a link. I usually do, and my only excuse is lack of sleep!

It’s a prompted contest. If you refresh the page, I’ve added the link if you want to take a look.

There are three options this week: 1. A Sentence Starter (can be anywhere in the story), ‘There was no turning back.’ 2. Featured Words: Wipe-board, guitar and balloon. 3. Suggested Theme: You wake up in an empty room. There are no windows and the only door stands ajar. Why you’re there, and how you got there, is up to you.

You can choose one of the options, or incorporate all three.

      Thanks for visiting, and commenting.

Haha, thanks! And I can feel that lack of sleep thing; sleeping is for puny, little mortals! I make sure to only get about one night’s worth a week!

    Also… who am I?

(Thanks for the link! I’m totally about to check it out).

๐Ÿ˜‰ My question is normally ‘where am I’ – I rarely know what planet I’m on! Having said that, I’m a puny, little mortal and I’m about to drop (it is almost 1am).

Tomorrow, when I’m refreshed and my eyes are no longer blurring the lines, I’ll read the link you provided ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks again
