#1000SpeakOver the weekend,Β #1000Speak for Compassion reached aΒ thousand members (click here to visit the Facebook page). That’s one thousand voices blogging for compassionΒ Β – a considerable achievementΒ and one the community should be proud of. There is now a WordPress site where you will find advice, support and inspiration – don’t forget to register your interest.

Each Monday, in the lead up to the big dayΒ (20 February 2015), I will be sharing a quote with you. Today I’d like to shareΒ  inspirational words from the Dalai Lama.

Indeed, words are very powerful, which is what makes this whole concept such a great one! πŸ™‚

It’s so hard to find what the Dalai Lama talks about in the world. Lots of words, but little action. I’m a bit discouraged about this.

That’s a fair point – like the quote last time…words are nothing without action πŸ™‚

What a great quote. You really can’t go wrong with the Dali Lama. He rarely speaks and does not inspire.
